Choc Pudding Tea Cups Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¾ cup milk
- Flake bar to crumble on top
- Vanilla ice cream to serve
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180c, in a mixing bowl, cream margarine & sugar together, add eggs & beat well. Shift into egg mix, flour & cocoa powder; mix with a wooden spoon adding the milk slowly.
Divide mix between 4 or 5 tea cups (make sure they can be placed in the oven). Place tea cups in a shallow pan to easily place & remove from the oven. Just before cooking, slowly add 2 tablespoons of water to each cup. Bake for 15 – 20 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Serve with the tea saucer underneath, add a dollop of ice cream & flake bar crumbled on top.
