Molossi is committed to the Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information. The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs).

We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:

Information you provide us when you purchase goods or services. This information will include your name, address and contact details.

Information derived from communications between us and you. We also collect information about you when you download content from our website www.molossi.com.au

The use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect. The only personal information we collect when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, by joining our online community, obtaining membership to our site, participating in our forums or when you send us email we will record your mail address.

We use the information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorised or required by law.

If you at any time receive any communication from www.molossi.com.au which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.

Molossi only uses images that have been:

◾Our own images which are copyrighted

◾Images which we have permission to use from the source.

◾Purchased eg, stock images

If you would like to use any of our images feel free on the following conditions:

IMAGES MAY ONLY BE USED WITH WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM MOLOSSI

◾Do not post the entire content of any blog post, without written consent. Molossi is protected by copyright laws.

◾If you are sharing our site, or products, you can use one image with a link to our original post. Please don’t copy our entire posts this includes screen shotting our products and asking for it elsewhere on social media.

◾If you would like to use any of our images for other publications please write to info@molossi.com.au

◾Feel free to pin any of our images, however ensure to always retain our URL and credit.

If you feel that we have used an image relating to you outside of the above, please send me an email at info@molossi.com.au ASAP and we will get it sorted!

| Production |

Production Time for Orders:

Please allow 10 – 17 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for products to be designed and cut (longer during peak times i.e. Mother’s Day, Wedding Seasons, Christmas etc.) as each item to order, unless otherwise noted or discussed.

Please note over Christmas we do have Christmas Closures from 1st December 2022 -17th January 2023 orders placed during this period will be processed upon return in receipt of order

Painted/Decorated orders will take up to 4-6 weeks at times

**Rush services are available at an additional cost of $20**

| Shipping |

Delivery Time: Orders are shipped using Australia Post. If you would like an item shipped otherwise, please contact us to discuss options. If you would like registered post or express post or another service other than ordinary post please ask in the notes section upon checkout, these will be extra costs to the purchaser.

We ship to the address provided so please make sure it is correct as we not responsible for items shipped to addresses listed incorrectly. If an order comes back unclaimed as it has not been collected by the purchaser in time post will be need to be repaid at the purchaser expense

We do ship some of our product line internationally. Please be sure to contact us to find out the shipping rate and availability.

| Returns |

All items are custom made to request, returns / refunds are not accepted so please be sure of your colour and design options including font choices before making the request. If you have any questions regarding the size or any other detail, please ask PRIOR TO ordering. Exchanges / credits are NOT offered.

Items damaged during transit must be reported to Molossi within 24 hours. Photos of the product and the packaging must be provided to begin a loss / damage claim. If possible damaged items will be replaced. If Molossi cannot replace the item, a refund or credit will be provided.
